"Older building with few updates. The 1st room had a toilet that constantly ran, so I was moved to another room. The 2nd room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower, under the sink, and behind the bathroom door. I called the front desk and a supervisor came up and offered to have the room cleaned; I was tired and just wanted to ensure that it would be thoroughly cleaned the next day. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done with the exception of fresh towels. The hotel clerk was apologetic, but it did nothing for my discomfort.
