"Beautiful setting surrounded by hills, but not convenient if you don't have a car. Clean hotel room and friendly, helpful personnel. The restaurant was convenient. The only issue was the morning vacuuming in the lobby; it was noisy and we had to keep moving so we didn't interfere with housekeepers.2017-05-06"
"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. No airport shuttle, so plan on paying $60 for a taxi.2016-08-02"

"I liked the room, but the AC and heater were loud. The hotel staff was helpful, and seemed knowledgeable about the city and transit services. They were also able to exchange US dollars for Canadian, which was convenient. The vending machines were nearly empty. I liked the parking, and the bars seemed good. The restaurant food was somewhat disappointing.2015-05-19"
"Perfect location for attending the Tiger Balm martial arts tournament. Nice pub next door. Hotel was new and clean.2015-03-25"
