The headboard fell on my cousin while she was lying on the bed - AC didn't adequately cool the room - there were dirty socks under the sink - awful service; I had to beg for towels - when I asked for change, the clerk just said no - ice machine and most of the vending machines didn't work - Jul 2011
Affordable for the area - I wasn't able to park outside the hotel for 5 minutes to unload my baggage; valet insisted I pay and give him the car key - I called the front desk 4 times to get a cab, and finally had to just go outside and get one myself - horrible customer service - I'd never stay again - Apr 2011
