If you are not satisfied with your hotel, we will give you a refund up to the cost of one night's stay for one room.

2. No Fees

We do not charge a booking fee when you make a reservation, and we do not charge a fee when you cancel a reservation.

3. Lowest Rate Guarantee

If within 24 hours after you make your reservation, you find a lower, comparable rate for the same hotel at another website, we will pay you the difference plus $10.

4. Pay at Hotel

Your credit card is usually not charged at the time you make a reservation. In fact 90% of our rates do not require an advance payment of any sort.

5. Cash Rewards

When you make 5 reservations through HotelGuides, we'll send you a check for $50.

This is in addition to the rewards points you get from hotel chains.

6. We Show All Discounts

We automatically display all available hotel discounts. This includes AAA, CAA, AARP, senior, corporate, government, military, and various special discounts. Many other hotel reservation sites hide this information.
