"There were 3 different hotels in 1 building, and one front desk on the 2nd floor was used for them all. I'm older with limited mobility; I requested a 1st floor room, but I was put on the 18th floor at the end of the hallway, far from an elevator. The building was evacuated during my stay, and I had to climb down 18 floors of stairs. The room was always too hot; I complained to management and was told to keep the blinds down.
