People were hanging outside smoking and drinking at all hours of the night. Just when I got to my room, the staff switched my room to one with a leaky AC and wet floor. The next room was filthy and even had a smashed roach on the bathroom wall. No hot water for showers the last night. The phone in the room didn't work, so we couldn't call the front desk.
