"A horrible hotel stay from start to finish. The property needed cleaning, and the housekeepers mostly seemed to stand in the hallway talking. People were hanging outside smoking and drinking at all hours of the night. Just when I got to my room, the staff switched my room to one with a leaky AC and wet floor. The next room was filthy and even had a smashed roach on the bathroom wall. No hot water for showers the last night. The phone in the room didn't work, so we couldn't call the front desk. The staff was unsympathetic, and no compensation was offered. The employees didn't seem to care much about guest comfort. Don't stay here.2023-08-18 "
