"The beds weren't great, and the pillows were horrible. The hotel room wasn't serviced every day; you have to request it 24 hours in advance. The fridge and microwave were small. No bellhop service, so getting luggage to the room could be difficult for the elderly or disabled. The best things were the breakfast and all-day coffee.
