Good rates - decent-looking exterior - room was atrocious, and didn't look like online photos - badly needed vacuuming - there was a large gap around the AC, and the unit didn't have a power button; we had to plug it in and unplug it to regulate the room temperature - only one chair, and the upholstery was dirty - bathroom floor wasn't clean - bathtub had cigarette burns - vent cover above the shower was hanging by one screw, leaving a filthy, gaping hole - housekeeper wouldn't give me extra towels - no Internet access in the room; had to go to the lobby and sign up to use the one guest computer - staff just laughed off my complaints - no towels in the pool area, and the pool was closed for cleaning when I wanted to use it - minimal continental breakfast, and guests weren't allowed to take food back to their rooms - not happy - May 2010
Good rates - non-smoking room reeked of smoke - there were cigarette burns on the bathtub - won't stay again - Jul 2009
