"The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. It was quite large, but pretty basic. The floor wasn't carpeted. The bed was comfortable. People didn't return the luggage carts to the front desk, but luckily there was an extra one in back that we were able to use. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly; we had a problem with noisy neighbors, and the front desk clerk responded immediately. It was supposed to be non-smoking room but it smelled of smoke and there was burn holes in the bed spread.
