Bathtub and toilet were filthy - I went to the front desk to complain, but after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the desk, I gave up; we cleaned the bathroom ourselves - hot tub was freezing, and the jets didn't work - front desk clerk was unconcerned about my complaints, and no manager was available - we'll never return - Mar 2009

Room was filthy and in poor condition - found used condom on the floor, walls were stained and spotted, carpets were old, dirty, and not vacuumed - mattresses had blood smeared all over sides, and sofa was too dirty to use - bath needed facial tissues, and faucet splattered water everywhere - dissatisfied and don't recommend - Mar 2007
