Clean, comfortable room - evening clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful - I recommend

Room was clean - staff was friendly - nice pool - no exercise room - great stay

Bathtub and toilet were filthy - I went to the front desk to complain, but after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the desk, I gave up; we cleaned the bathroom ourselves - hot tub was freezing, and the jets didn't work - front desk clerk was unconcerned about my complaints, and no manager was available - we'll never return

Conveniently located - hotel was nice, but needed some updating - sheer curtains were damaged - good, basic stay

Room was clean - lovely pool - no parking near the room; parking lot was shared with another hotel - pretty good place to stay
