Room smelled like smoke - horrible stay
Close to the University of Connecticut - we had to wait for an employee to arrive and let us in when we arrived - 1st room wasn't smoke-free, so we had to change rooms - trash can hadn't been emptied - there was a hair on the pillow - linens weren't changed since we stayed less than a week
Non-smoking room wasn't clean enough, and it smelled like smoke - pillows were flat - not happy about extra charge for housekeeping service - no disposable cups in bathroom
