Located between Hartford and University of Connecticut - not a great value - hotel was a bit run-down - had free Internet access - good breakfast, but food ran out early
Hotel needed serious updating - room wasn't cleaned every day - bedspread was stained, and the blanket was too short - lock on one exterior door didn't work - wouldn't stay again
Room was clean - needed better soundproofing - beds were comfortable - not bad
Good value - everything was in good condition - room was clean - staff was helpful - great breakfast
Room was cold when I arrived - good shower

The newly renovated comfort inn vernon is conveniently located off of interstate 84 right next to the famous reins new york style deli. The hotel is a short drive to hartford/manchester/university of connecticut/ cabelas outfitters/retschler field/xl center/dodge music center and bradley international airport. The hotel offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast with hot waffles/exercise room and business center. Each room is equipped with free wired and wireless internet/microwave/ refrigerator/coffee maker/hair dryer/iron and ironing board. This hotel is a great value. Come stay where comfort is our business.
