"The hotel was old and in need of updates. The linens were clean, but the room was dingy and the walls were stained. The AC was loud, and the cover was lying on the floor. The cupboard doors in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty and hard to open since they didn't have handles. The grab bar in the shower came off in my husband's hand.
