"The 1st hotel room was filthy. There were food crumbs in the bed and sheets. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. We moved to another room. The bed was clean, but the floor was dirty and so was the bathroom. The kitchen area had debris on the floor and in the drawers. The bathroom door jamb was broken.
