"Not a good hotel stay. The AC didn't work well even after a service call. The front desk clerk made errors at check-in. A housekeeper walked into our room at 7:30 AM; we didn't hear any knocking. No restaurant or room service, just a coffee shop. Limited food choices, but we did get a voucher for a free beverage. Don't stay here.2021-07-18"
"A positive experience overall. Lots of charges for incidentals, though.2018-01-26"

HotelGuides made it easy to choose a hotel based on how far we wanted to get that day. Also liked being able to see the interstate interchange on the map to determine how far off the highway each hotel was.
