"Right off I-10 and easy to find. This was our 2nd stay, and we were again pleased with all aspects of our stay. The rates were reasonable, and the room was clean and had sufficient space to move around. The beds were comfortable, and we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Small pool and whirlpool. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of food. There were restaurants and stores across the busy highway, but you'll need a car.2019-05-10"
"Good hotel. Stay here.2019-05-06"
"Good hotel that's priced right. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable.2019-03-16"
"Good experience. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.2020-11-16"
"Centrally located. The hotel was clean, and the front desk clerk was quite helpful. 2017-11-21"
"The room was super clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There's a great nature walk just steps from the hotel, and the view from the rooms is really nice.2016-08-08"
"This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The bottom of the bedsheets was dirty, and the floor was filthy. None of the employees wore a mask. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry.2022-07-11"
"The hotel was nice and clean, but the rates were too high.2021-07-13"

"Check-in was confusing, and access to the elevator was via the office tower. We didn't get an actual Battle House Hotel room; our room was in the RSA Tower. We were expecting something more nostalgic.2018-04-09"
"This is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. Due to a private party, we weren't able to eat dinner in the main dining area. Lots of great little restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area.2018-02-09"
"A wonderful hotel. You won't regret staying here.2018-07-29"
"The hotel staff was nice. No continental breakfast, and it was quite a walk to get even fast food.2018-07-28"
"The heater was loud and kept us awake the 1st night. We turned it off the next night and slept well. The restaurant service was slow. We'd stay at this hotel again mostly because of the location and parking.2017-02-05"
"The motel was convenient, and everything was great.2017-07-21"
"Good motel for an overnight stay, but the room didn't have a coffee pot or iron. The carpet and bedspread were worn and needed to be replaced. Easy check-in. Breakfast was just muffins, juice, and coffee.2016-12-12"
"The motel was noisy. The bathtub was in bad shape, and the showerhead was loose and leaked. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.2016-12-09"
"This was the worst hotel ever. Run away.2021-06-01"
"I was extremely disappointed that we were left stranded at the airport because it was the shuttle driver's day off. When we tried to use the shuttle to go back to the airport in the morning, we were told it wouldn't be available until 3 PM. The check-in clerk never told us about the continental breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel.2020-01-20"
"This hotel was horrible. We looked at the room and decided to cancel our stay. Avoid this place.2019-04-09"

"We killed a roach in our room shortly after arriving and found a pair of underwear and old ketchup packets under the bed. There were roaches in the dresser drawer, and an old prescription bottle behind the dresser. The hotel clerk immediately brought fresh bedding and towels. Our room didn't have a roll-in shower as we expected, and no other handicap rooms were available. We ended up cleaning the entire room ourselves. The manager never contacted us as promised. We requested extra pillows and blankets, but were only able to get 2 pillows, and the blankets were dirty. A maintenance worker came and sprayed for bugs, but we requested a refund and left.2019-07-16"
"No towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap, or toilet paper in my motel room when I arrived. There weren't enough coffee cups for the grab and go breakfast in the morning. I'll never stay at this motel again, and don't recommend it.2015-04-28"
I’ve been using HotelGuides for over 8 years. The agents are very helpful, and they try to accommodate every request. I like that when they email a booking confirmation to you, they include the hotel's address as well as its interstate exit number.
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
