"No in-room coffee, but coffee was available at the front desk. My stay was fine other than that. I'd stay at this hotel again.2021-02-05"
"Good rates. Housekeeping didn't make it to our room until 4 PM each day; we had to ask for toilet paper and took out our own trash. Breakfast was horrible. Don't stay at this hotel.2018-06-10"
"Everything about my hotel stay was great. Nice room and friendly personnel. Good exercise room. The complimentary breakfast was great.2016-05-05"
"Nice, clean hotel with great employees. The front desk clerk even climbed in our truck and retrieved a suitcase we couldn't reach. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.2016-03-21"

"The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable enough. The room was clean and comfortable, but the toilet and shower faucet both leaked non-stop. I was disappointed that a continental breakfast wasn't provided.2021-06-20"
"The hotel staff was professional and courteous, and they handled guest requests immediately. The entrance to the parking area was easy to miss.2016-01-18"
"Economical hotel. Poor TV, but the bed was decent. Good staff and an OK breakfast. Stay here.2015-10-13"

"Right off I-10 and easy to find. This was our 2nd stay, and we were again pleased with all aspects of our stay. The rates were reasonable, and the room was clean and had sufficient space to move around. The beds were comfortable, and we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Small pool and whirlpool. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of food. There were restaurants and stores across the busy highway, but you'll need a car.2019-05-10"
"Good hotel. Stay here.2019-05-06"
"Good hotel that's priced right. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable.2019-03-16"
"This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The bottom of the bedsheets was dirty, and the floor was filthy. None of the employees wore a mask. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry.2022-07-11"
"The hotel was nice and clean, but the rates were too high.2021-07-13"

"The hotel was organized, and the room was clean and had a beautiful view. Friendly, helpful staff. We had the sleep and sail package, and were shuttle to and from the port. The shuttle driver was friendly. Everything went well. I highly recommend staying here.2018-10-06"

"Check-in was confusing, and access to the elevator was via the office tower. We didn't get an actual Battle House Hotel room; our room was in the RSA Tower. We were expecting something more nostalgic.2018-04-09"
"This is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. Due to a private party, we weren't able to eat dinner in the main dining area. Lots of great little restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area.2018-02-09"
"A wonderful hotel. You won't regret staying here.2018-07-29"
"The hotel staff was nice. No continental breakfast, and it was quite a walk to get even fast food.2018-07-28"
"The heater was loud and kept us awake the 1st night. We turned it off the next night and slept well. The restaurant service was slow. We'd stay at this hotel again mostly because of the location and parking.2017-02-05"
"Nice, clean room and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel parking lot was small and couldn't accommodate all the cars. I drove around for 45 minutes before I got a spot. Not many handicap spots, either. Because of that, I wouldn't stay here again.2023-03-20"
"Nice hotel. I had no inconveniences whatsoever.2021-01-17"
"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.2019-12-07"
HotelGuides has won my confidence as a booking experience that is seamless and simple enough for a consumer who does not venture online much. It is now my starting place for fast, secure, carefree booking.
We order the hotels on this page by how close they are to this attraction.
Most of our competitors order these same hotels in other ways that make them more money.
How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
