"The hotel room was OK, but the window in my 1st floor room wouldn't close securely.2020-12-09"
"The hotel clerk was really nice and helpful; she made us feel welcome. Pleasant breakfast attendants, too. We had an enjoyable stay.2019-05-07"
"Nice hotel.2018-11-13"
"The TV in my room didn't work, and even worse, neither did the toilet. The front desk clerk said the hotel was full and I couldn't change rooms, and no one ever came to fix the toilet. The extra bedding was wadded up and had hair on it. Don't stay here.2018-03-22"
"Not a good hotel. The room smelled bad, and breakfast wasn't good.2018-03-20"

"The hotel was super nice and quiet. Great location if you're going to the casino or a Chiefs game.2018-11-13"
"The hotel was convenient, clean, and quiet. I loved the atmosphere of the lobby. The room was comfortable and had a great view of downtown. Nice bathroom. The front desk clerks were friendly and welcoming. No complimentary breakfast.2018-05-15"
"We had 3 rooms for 2 nights and never got a full night's sleep because of people running and yelling in the hallways and banging on doors. We got free breakfast in compensation, but that didn't seem adequate. We mistakenly left behind a phone charger; we called and it was found, but when we called back to arrange shipping, suddenly we were told it hadn't been found. Find another place to stay.2017-10-14"

"A wonderful experience. All our needs were met and exceeded. The valet didn't remove all items from our vehicle without specific instructions to do so, though, so my makeup bag and our coats were left in our vehicle. No restaurants nearby, and the closest grocery store was 5 blocks away. The hotel provided microwavable meals for a reasonable price. Valet and bellhop service was unreliable.2018-12-01"
"Good location and rates. Nice little hotel with spacious rooms. The employees were friendly. I'll be back.2017-09-11"
"The hotel room was clean and well-appointed, though I did have trouble adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level. All the employees were helpful, and breakfast was first-class. Stay here.2016-11-22"

"The hotel was filthy, and the staff was unprofessional. The bedsheets were threadbare, and the comforter had holes in it. No heat lamp in the bathroom. The sink area was falling apart. No continental breakfast because of Covid, and the vending machines were empty. Don't stay here.2020-07-04"
"The AC didn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no hot water. Find another hotel.2019-08-15"
"The hotel was nice and clean. You'll enjoy your stay.2018-03-03"
"The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was smelly, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay. 2017-07-26"
"The room was run-down, and the hotel clerk was mean. I'd never stay here again.2016-05-09"

"Everything was wonderful except our room service order; we ordered well-done burgers and got rare ones. But the hotel was quiet and clean, and we enjoyed the bar bites and drinks in the lobby. Good bellhop and valet services.2020-01-27"
"I had a pleasant stay. There was a long line at check-in, but the hotel clerks were courteous and it didn't take long at all.2018-05-24"

"Conveniently to Averst Theater. The staff was remarkable. I didn't like paying for parking, but that was my only complaint. I recommend this hotel.2016-12-12"
"Good location. Few amenities for the price. A beautiful, quiet hotel. Nice, clean room. Beds were very comfortable. Limited TV channel selection. Bottled water in room cost $6. Front desk clerks and valets were friendly and helpful.2015-01-29"
