She offered to give us another room, but couldn't promise the TV was working. I asked her to just come to the room and see if it was a simple problem, and she was able to get the TV working promptly. Loud kids were playing in the hallway, lobby area, and elevator, and the clerk didn't ask them to quiet down. Other guests were noisy late at night and early in the morning.
