"I expected better for the price. The SWAT team was at the motel looking for a possible suspect, and guests weren't provided any information. I didn't feel safe with the way the situation was handled. Not enough breakfast food for guests the 1st day. There was enough food the 2nd day, but it wasn't good. The day I checked out, a housekeeper came in the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The checkout clerk didn't ask how my stay was. No consistent shuttle to Mall of America. I've stayed at this motel many times, and it's always been clean and fresh, with pleasant employees and a nice breakfast bar in the attached restaurant. Limited choices, but the food is good.
