"Across the street from the Victoria Conference Center. The hotel room was clean and had a great view of the mountains and harbor. I got a good night's sleep. My only complaint was that it took 90 minutes to get my room service food; the order wasn't complete, and the food wasn't very good. Breakfast was good, but it took forever to get my food. Great, professional valet service.2016-10-30"
