"A gorgeous, well-designed hotel. The exterior was well-maintained, but my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was food in the fridge, and lots of fingerprints on the fridge and microwave. There was some mold in the sink. There was hair on the toilet, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned.2023-08-06"
