We ended up taking cold showers, and returned to find that there was still no hot water. The coffee wasn't replenished even after we called to request more. The toilet plugged up, and the clerk offered a plunger, saying housekeeping wouldn't arrive until 7 AM. When I went to get the plunger, the maintenance man was standing there drinking coffee.
