"We were disappointed. We arrived at 10:30 PM, and discovered there was no hot water for showers. The front desk clerk said we could change rooms or wait for maintenance in the morning. We ended up taking cold showers, and returned to find that there was still no hot water. The coffee wasn't replenished even after we called to request more. The toilet plugged up, and the clerk offered a plunger, saying housekeeping wouldn't arrive until 7 AM. When I went to get the plunger, the maintenance man was standing there drinking coffee. Our last morning, we didn't get enough towels, and there was no bath mat. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast.2020-01-27"
