"The TV in my room didn't work for most of my 4-day stay. The phone in the room didn't work, either. The hotel elevator didn't work, and my room was on the 2nd floor. The milk at breakfast was bad. On a positive note, the housekeeping was good, and the front desk clerks were nice, understanding, and apologetic. Don't have high expectations if you stay here.2022-08-22"

"The bottom sheet on our bed didn't fit properly, so I woke up to find the mattress pad and sheet crumpled in the middle of the bed. In the morning I asked to have the problem fixed, but the same thing happened that night. It turned out that the housekeeper hadn't put the mattress pad strap under the mattress.
