In the morning I asked to have the problem fixed, but the same thing happened that night. It turned out that the housekeeper hadn't put the mattress pad strap under the mattress. Better training was obviously needed. There was only one desk chair in the room, so it was hard to watch TV comfortably. Don't recommend this hotel.2016-03-08"
