"We couldn't get the TV to work; we told the hotel clerk, but 40 minutes later, no one had come to help. We reminded the clerk, but 2 hours later, we still hadn't gotten help with the TV. She offered to give us another room, but couldn't promise the TV was working. I asked her to just come to the room and see if it was a simple problem, and she was able to get the TV working promptly. Loud kids were playing in the hallway, lobby area, and elevator, and the clerk didn't ask them to quiet down. Other guests were noisy late at night and early in the morning. We left by 8:45 AM, and there was no one at the front desk when we left. This was the noisiest place we've stayed, and the least friendly. Don't stay here.2020-11-13"
