Our handicap room wasn't near an exit door, and it didn't feel fresh. The hallway carpet wasn't clean, and the room carpet needed to be replaced. The sink faucet leaked onto the counter, and the bathroom needed a total makeover. The floor times and grout were dirty, and the hand-held showerhead wouldn't stay in its holder.
