"We've stayed at this hotel many times in the last 20 years, but we were disappointed that it hasn't been well-maintained recently. Our handicap room wasn't near an exit door, and it didn't feel fresh. The hallway carpet wasn't clean, and the room carpet needed to be replaced. The sink faucet leaked onto the counter, and the bathroom needed a total makeover. The floor times and grout were dirty, and the hand-held showerhead wouldn't stay in its holder. The best thing about our stay was the warm welcome we received from the check-in clerk.2020-05-25"
