Easy to find - motel was run-down and noisy - carpet in room had been cleaned and was still wet - broken coffee pot wasn't replaced - housekeeping left room door wide open all day - grounds were messy and muddy, had broken glass and animal waste - clerk only reduced our bill by $8 and said we should be glad it was Evanston - not the best stay - Sep 2007
Easy to find - room was good-sized, but had a broken chair - staff was nice and helpful - pool area needed repairs - breakfast area was small, poorly organized, and wasn't kept stocked - parking area was cramped and in poor shape - Jul 2007
