Convenient to everything - reasonably priced - hotel was fairly clean - toilet paper holder was disgusting; I cleaned it myself - room service food was cold when it arrived, and some things we ordered were missing - enjoyed the water park - good breakfast - restaurant could've been better - Apr 2009

Convenient location - room was clean, but didn't have curtains; front desk clerk offered no solution, so we hung a blanket over the window - staff was polite, but not helpful - good breakfast - restaurant service was terrible - there was only one luggage cart, and it was in bad shape - fair at best - May 2008
