Coffee pot didn't fit the coffee maker, so coffee ran onto the counter and ruined my travel bag - smoke alarm went off in my room during the night - staff took 20 minutes to answer my call, and then told me to take batteries out of the alarm - bathroom was covered in hair and never cleaned even though staff said it would be taken care of the next day, so I cleaned it myself - not a good experience - Aug 2007
