Room was adequate, had a clean and comfortable bed - toilet didn't always flush - front desk clerk was pleasant, professional, and courteous - night desk clerk was rather rude and unprofessional, she stood at the front door with no shoes on, a cell phone in her hand, and a cigarette in her mouth - we told her the elevator doors weren't working properly and she said they worked for everyone else - Aug 2007
