No restaurants within walking distance, but had several movie theaters and a family fun center nearby - tucked away behind office buildings and other nice hotels, so it was quiet - great for the price - studio apartment room was clean and well-appointed, had a small kitchen and office area with a large desk - liked the tiled kitchen and bathroom floors - had a continental breakfast - free shuttle service to the airport - Jul 2007

Housekeeping never cleaned my room, made the bed, or emptied the trash - no towels provided for dirty pool - breakfast area wasn't set up efficiently, waffle maker took too long and was in the middle of the line - having access to guest computer was great - I called soon after checking out because I'd accidentally left my coat and was told it was in the wash; I called back several times, but my coat never turned up - Oct 2007
