OK at best - non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in - I saw a roach run across my bed - plumbing made noise all night and drove me nuts, it was as if every room's water pipe ran through my wall - landscaping looked great - front desk clerk was nice - continental breakfast was adequate - wouldn't be my 1st choice next time - Aug 2007
