Bedsheets appeared clean - towels were dirty, toilet didn't work; we complained, but nothing was done - after 45 minutes, I went to front desk and someone was finally sent up - maintenance worker splashed toilet water all over towels, and toilet still didn't work - stood in line for nearly a half hour waiting to check in - lobby carpet had black stains and needed vacuuming - front desk was dirty - we left after one day - Sep 2007
