Room had an odor - carpet was filthy - dresser drawer was dirty, so we didn't use it - ceiling had a leak, so water dripped on us at night - shower and bathtub stopper didn't work, so I took a sponge bath in the sink - we were moved to another room at 2 AM, and noticed roaches on the wall as we left the 1st room - bathtub stopper in the 2nd room didn't work, either - housekeeper didn't make the beds or take out the trash; she took the dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones- there was a loose, cracked tile on the floor outside the elevator - nice check-in clerk - manager never returned my call - breakfast room was disgusting; there was old pancake batter on the walls and cabinet - there was trash in the parking lot - what a dirty dump - Oct 2012
