Convenient to all downtown activities - room decor was attractive - needed better soundproofing - great bed and bedding - digital AC was hard to control - lounge chair and ottoman were comfortable - had to pay for Internet access, but the connection worked well - bathroom was attractive, but the sink was dirty and the bathtub was quite slick - poor water pressure, and the water controls were hard to operate - no continental breakfast - only had valet parking - shuttles were readily available, and the drivers were nice - Aug 2009

A mere 2-3 blocks from Minute Maid Stadium, and a pleasant and safe walk - right by downtown trolley track, across from Houston Police Department - suite was spacious and well-appointed, had great linens - front desk clerks provided excellent service - appreciated pre-printed cards with directions to points of interest - allowed pets - breakfast was awesome - fantastic parking garage - Aug 2007
