Over-priced and overrated - hard to regulate the room temperature - bed was firm and comfortable, but the pillows weren't - toilet paper roll was too thick for the dispenser - minimal toiletries supplied - printer in the business center was out of paper and ink, so I couldn't print my airline boarding pass - soda vending machines didn't work on 3 floors, and there was no ice machine on the 5th floor - disappointed - Oct 2008
Room was clean, had a Sleep Number bed and individual climate control - liked the 24-hour room service - hallway was too warm - toilet almost overflowed - I was pleased and would stay again - Jul 2008
