Didn't get the room I reserved, so I had to change rooms - room was dirty - AC didn't work - saw a dead beetle and hair on the bathroom floor - there were dust bunnies on the hallway floor - I left after one night - May 2011
Only 1 of 3 lamps in the room worked; it took many hours and requests to get the lightbulbs changed - message light on the phone was blinking, but staff couldn't give us proper instructions to check the message - when we called for room service, we got a message that it wouldn't be available for the next 4 hours - not pleased - Jan 2011
Bathroom was too dark - shower was outdated - staff was friendly and accommodating - great stay - Jan 2010
