"Everything was great, and the hotel staff was wonderful. Stay here.2022-03-01"
"The side door lock was jammed open, so anyone from outside could just walk in to the hotel. I told the front desk clerk, but the door remained unlocked overnight. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floors were out of order. There was only 1 luggage cart, and it had a flat tire.2020-03-09"
"Great location, but the hotel was a little pricey considering the state of the room. The bed comforter was dirty and had stains. The toilet ran every few minutes, which woke us up multiple times.2020-02-03"

"Right next to a shopping center with plenty of stores and restaurants. The hotel was nice and clean, but we had repeated problems with the key cards. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd consider staying here again.2018-07-19"
"The room was nice and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, but the information binder said it was from 6-10 AM; the attendants were cleaning up at 9 AM. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.2018-05-22"
"A bit tricky to spot since it's set back from the road. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent exercise room and good continental breakfast with a nice selection. We'll stay here again.2018-04-08"
"A pleasant hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have a bad back, and the check-in clerk helped me bring in my luggage. I recommend staying here.2016-05-29"
"The location was important to me. Good hotel, but I detested the duvet cover, and the pillows were awful. No significant complaints.2016-02-09"

"Our hotel room was basic and adequate; there was just enough space for comfort, but it was nothing special. Expect a comfortable room, but nothing more.2021-11-28"
"The rates were expensive for what we got. The room was basic, and our truck barely fit in the parking garage. Find another hotel.2021-05-09"
"Nice hotel with friendly, helpful personnel. Easy access to the parking garage.2018-08-18"
"When I checked in, I found that the faucet had been left on and caused a small flood. I had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning, so I was offered an upgrade. The room and employees were nice, and I enjoyed the exercise room and breakfast. Go for it.2018-10-25"
"Good location. Clean hotel with friendly, professional personnel. Breakfast was great.2018-05-08"
"The hotel clerk was kind and made sure to give us a room in a quiet part of the building.2023-12-11"
"The AC didn't work, and I had to pay $40 for a small fridge. I finally got a room that was livable. The hotel staff didn't do much to make me feel welcome. I was attacked by a German shepherd, and they did nothing. The pool was closed, and the elevator didn't work. Don't stay here.2022-06-21"

"My hotel room was nice and clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The front desk clerks were friendly. The breakfast selections were surprising, and the eating area had sofas, but it didn't seem kid-friendly.2019-08-15"
"I asked for a room away from the ice machine and housekeeping area, but I ended up listening to washing machines at night. There was mold under the soap dish in the shower and in the caulk around the bathtub. The employees were friendly. The hotel seemed nice, I just got a room I didn't want.2018-10-07"
"Perfect location, but the hotel was hard to find because it wasn't visible from the road. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.2017-04-13"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
