Good location - room was dirty and had bugs - there was a large gap at the bottom of the door - toilet wasn't properly bolted to the floor - towel rack was about to fall off the wall - I'll never stay again - Jul 2011
Close to the eastern side of GSMNP and restaurants - reasonable rates - room was clean and comfortable - disappointed that the whirlpool was cold - nice hot breakfast provided - I'd stay again - May 2011
