Just two blocks from Ryman Auditorium, and near many downtown attractions - other than the great location, this hotel wasn't special in any way - hotel is in an old bank building, and it shows; it's sadly lacking in warmth and atmosphere - adjacent room noise was bad; I had a hard time getting quality sleep, especially on busy nights - plenty of room for improvement with staff - bellhops were especially inattentive, except one I dealt with the last day of my stay - don't recommend and won't return - Apr 2013
Great location; walk to Ryman Auditorium, Nashville Convention Center, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and plenty of restaurants and live music venues - hotel was nice and clean, but seemed a bit sterile and lacked personality - room was comfortable, but noise issues kept me from getting a good night's sleep so had to change rooms multiple times over a 5-night stay; staff did work to make things right, though - housekeeping could've been better - problems with some TV channels throughout hotel; no signal for some primary channels like CBS and NBC - good place to stay if your focus is downtown Nashville and not the hotel - Jan 2013
Room was clean - good service - I was satisfied - Sep 2011
Room was wonderful - great staff - breakfast buffet was plentiful and good - we'll stay again - Aug 2011
