  Clean and well-maintained - beds were soft - highly recommend - Nov 2011

  Room was comfortable - guest printer didn't work - power was out in the pool and whirlpool area, so we couldn't use either - only 1 of 3 washers worked, and the only dryer didn't work - when I complained, the front desk clerk said it was "just one of those things" - disappointed - Oct 2010
