Room smelled like mildew - no sofa - bedding was stained - no remote control for the TV; the button to change channels was broken, so we could only watch one channel - wireless Internet connection didn't work - iron and hair dryer didn't work - front desk clerk said he'd address the issues, but never did - I was extremely dissatisfied - Jun 2010
