Room was awful - heater didn't work - carpet was worn and dirty - the beds were terrible - TV remote control didn't work, and there was a small hole in the TV by the power button - no cream or sugar provided - bathtub was filthy - Nov 2008
Quiet area, walk to amenities - room wasn't clean enough - had trouble with the key card - Jun 2008
Had a smoke-free room, but smoke came into my room from common areas - both beds were broken - replacement coffee pot was too small, so coffee went all over our suitcase - water was either ice-cold or scalding hot - we left after one night - Feb 2008
Room was just plain dirty - carpet was filthy, beds were stained and one boxspring was broken - wallpaper was falling off walls - bathroom had bugs - won't return - Jul 2007
Hotel needs an overhaul - room smelled like an old house, carpets were filthy with trash everywhere, and AC unit didn't work well - bed mattress had burn holes, and the easy chair was stained - bathroom was tiny - staff was unprofessional and uncaring - pool area was strewn with window screens and a black tarp - hotel wasn't as advertised, which made my wedding weekend an awful experience - Mar 2007
