There was an abundance of people living in the hotel, and they were loud and crazy - maintenance was installing new AC units when we arrived - they put one in our room, but left their tools - had to ask 4 times for someone to sweep the debris - one day housekeeping failed to clean room or provide new towels, so we had to get towels from front desk - pool was a mess and not well-kept, didn't appear to have been treated with the right chemicals - skimmer net was torn and not useful - some guests were being inappropriate in the pool, but employee was busy flirting and didn't doing anything about it - staff needed improvement - horrible experience - Aug 2007
