Hotel Guides Verified Reviews Not worth the price - room wasn't ready until 45 minutes after check-in time, and the front desk clerk was rude when we asked about a discount - our non-smoking room smelled like smoke - door was difficult to operate - furniture was chipped and looked cheap - wallpaper was peeling - bedding was old and had cigarette burns - TV guide listed channels that weren't available - no directory information on one of the phones - grout needed to be replaced - signs were old and worn, and there weren't enough directional signs; had trouble finding the elevator - saw housekeepers smoking and talking on their cell phones outside the rooms - we were disappointed - Aug 2012
